James E. Hammer
General Manager / COO
Prior to joining Chart Links, Jim was general manager for Visual Interactions, a vertical market business intelligence software developer, and a consultant to the healthcare information exchange (HIE) market. For 11 years, Jim served in various leadership roles at WebMD Practice Services, including Director of Implementation and Director of Product Management & Quality Assurance. In addition to his tenure at WebMD, Jim held management positions for several MSO and revenue cycle management companies. He has also managed business operations for outpatient and partial hospitalization programs at Centegra Health Systems. He has a BS in business administration from Millikin University, is a PMP certified project manager, and has completed advanced studies from DePaul University. |

Robert Stafford
Vice President of Sales
Robert Stafford came on board at Chart Links in July of 2007. He was charged with putting his decade of healthcare information technology sales management experience to work in leading the marketing effort. A former Clinics Director for a major medical center in the Midwest, Robert has first-hand experience – from business administration to systems management - in providing direction and oversight to make a healthcare unit run. He enjoys applying this experience to help other healthcare leaders evaluate technology solutions that better equip them to face today's healthcare administration challenges. |

Shannon Larkin
VP of Marketing
Shannon Larkin�joined Chart Links as the VP of Marketing in January of 2008.� Prior to this role, Shannon spent 12 years at�a leading provider of software products for the ambulatory healthcare market.� In her role as Director of Marketing at this company,�Shannon was responsible for strategic planning, events and tradeshows, interactive/web marketing, public relations, corporate communications, and brand management.� She�has a BA in�communications from Oakland University. |
