Automated Appointment Reminders. Drive revenue by reducing your patient no-show and cancellation rates.  Our automated appointment reminder allows you to send text message (SMS), voice call and email reminders to patients based on their communications preferences.  On the day the appointment is made, the patient may choose to receive an email confirmation so they can add the appointment to their calendar.  Days prior to the appoinment, the patient may opt to receive a telephone reminder.
